I love the bundle and the slim version of the PS 5.

Upgrade from PS4 to PS5. The quality is excellent!

It’s whatever .. the ps5 is great .. the only problem I had was that the code for the game it came with (Spider-Man 2) didn’t work .. so I had to contact SONY and get waited for about 2 weeks to finally be able to play the game .

Product doesnt need to list that the spiderman game is digitally loaded because its not. But everything came with the system as it should. Glad to have the open box option!

I bought open box in excellent condition. The system was good but the have was missing. Customer service then told me the open box didn't come with the game. It didn't say that anywhere when I bought it.

This PS5 was supposed to be an open box excellent condition geek squad certified console. When it was received there were noticeable signs of wear and would not read discs properly as if this item was not checked before being labeled as certified excellent condition. The return of the item was smooth and the associate was great,

My son could have just kept playing his PS4. The PS5 does the same but they stop making games for the PS4

The PS5 said it was in excellent condition but it was missing the voucher for the game and the power cord. The worst purchase I’ve ever made from Best Buy.

Did not include the game that is listed all over the product page as a Full Download being included. No help whatsoever from any level of Customer Service.

Bought this ps5 as an open box, got all logged in and downloaded aome games. Then started overheating and wouldnt stay powered on.

The title and description of the purchase are extremely misleading and it appears many people have had a similar issues. In the title of the purchase (whether new or open box) it says that the Full Game Download is included. No where in the description does it say that the game will not be included. This is obvious false advertising and the open box model should not be sold as if it is a bundle deal. This is a complete lie and BestBuy will not give you any help. If you ordered this version as an open box and didn't receive the game, don't even think about trying to contact customer support. After spending hours trying to talk to people (who all were very nice fyi), there is nothing anyone can do because of the awful customer support system that best buy has setup. Every number I called directed me to speak to a different number. No one was able to help me in anyway. I don't live very close to a Best Buy so I attempted to contact a store directly just to see if they could potentially help me, even that is essentially impossible. The calls get routed to another customer support line. It is an endless loop and the basic solution is essentially if you don't want it return it otherwise shut up. Shame on BestBuy for creating an awful customer experience.

I give 3 stars because the pickup It was very late and not the estimated day. But other than that, the product and price and the ease of purchase is more than excellent.

Love my PS5 but am bummed that who ever returned it took the game that came with it. Gladly beatbiy gave me credit since they dont have the bundle

Bought the PS5 spiderman 2 bundle open box excellent and the voucher code missing. If you are returning the system, Best Buy should've made sure the voucher was included!!! This is insanely misleading when it's being advertised as excellent!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with best buy for not checking and listing it as excellent. Will I be paid back for now having to buy spiderman 2 since it was expected in the box? Shame on you Wesley Chapel Fl. Best Buy!

I am just dissapointed with Best Buy. I’ve returned this an another item. They’re saying my box was empty lol…. Honestly this company is dying so fast so I get it. I have over 1200 in charges. Trust me unless you know you’re going to buy it and love it do not take any chances. Best con artist are not your friends. I’ve had an account for years and for them to say they got an em0tty box is just sad. I’ve waited over 5 weeks now. Ive asked multiple reps who have the authority to listen and say our higher up team will look into. I’d hope so because their policy is within 10 days of delivery they well automatically issue it. So why after 5 weeks are they saying this?….. I’m not rich by any means but I can tell Best Buy needs the money more than me. Lost a 20k + spending family over $400. I can’t wait until we have more stores that make these guys file chapter 11. Mind you the tracking has weights, drop off time, etc. and now the box is empty!!!! Literally a joke of a company. Please go thru any company direct or buy it online. Trust me

The ps4 I received was in very bad shape and dirty. I was surprised that Best Buy can sell a product with this such bad conditions
