This was sold as an excellent condition open box with the game. However, the game code was previously activated and BB just threw back in the box. I went to the store who sent be to BB main phone support. They sent me to Sony who has had the case for 21 days without resolution. BB support just informed me there is nothing they can do, so I have to deal only with Sony. So much for a Christmas gift.

It’s ok. I really need to grow up and stop playing video games.

I switched over from thr Xbox Series X which is whisper quiet but has a loud controller, the PS5 Slim fan is annoyingly loud but the controller is quiet. Might switch back to Xbox tbh.

I like the ps5 slim but I also don’t I have a headset that I used to always play with but there is no USB ports in the front just the back so everytime I try to use it it disconnects in about 3 minutes due to heat also no browser

My son is 8 and I think he’s going to be overly excited!

Bad customer service and the ps5 supposed to come with the spidermen 2 but we received the box without the code and there is no emails to redeem the code,I asked best buy customer service to get a code or to return and the best buy is trying to give me half tha I paid,I paid over $400 and they want to give me back $280,so I didn't recommended to anyone to buy from best buy.go to somewhere else or Amazon.

This item came in damaged, one of the shell was damaged, the game that came with it and advertised on the listing didn't work, the HMDI cable wasn't the original one either, yet, Best Buy advertised it as in "OPEN BOX - EXCELLENT CONDITION". I contacted Best Buy Customer Service and I got sent to 3 different people, no one wanted to help, kept telling me to go deal with it at a store when I bough this online. Long story short, I called a store and they said return it and buy a new one and forget trying to save money on an "Open Box". Never thought I'd give this a bad review.

Power stop coming on and HDMI port stop working within less then a year. Sent it in to be fixed and they sent it back unfixed.

I bought it as open box excellent from best buy online store. It was not in its original box. The cargo arrived, I opened the box and it was packed badly. The covers came off and one of them was broken. I said it wasn't that important and put it on TV. It didn't work. I took the product to the Best Buy store and returned it. I had to pay more and get a new one. Store employees were attentive, thank you. I think selling a terrible product that doesn't work as excellent is fraud. I want Best Buy to resolve my grievance, otherwise I will not shop again and I will warn my friends not to shop.

I brought the ps5 spiderman bundle for my 7 year old son for Christmas and when he opened it he was so excited he started to cry. When i went to put the redeem code in, it didn't work and when i called customer service they said i had to bring the system back to the store... how could i tell my little man that he had to wait to after Christmas before he could play the game, so of course i had to pay 70 bucks and buy it from the playstation store. Such a waste of money when you guys should be able to give me another code when i called the store or even better have the correct codes in the box. This was very frustrating transaction. I mean it all most ruined my christmas.

This was delivered and box was not taped out either end and looked as though it had been opened and gone through. I wasn’t happy about that case the stuff dropped out of bottom when it was picked up.

So after purchasing, they never sent the included game and then made me wait an additional week for them to send me a Best Buy gift card for the game that was supposed to come with the console. It’s not even enough to cover the entire purchase. So now my son has to wait an additional 2 weeks for the game to ship when they could’ve just sent him the game !!!!

i will never buy from best buy again i ordered a 86 in TV and was gonna pick it up curbside on the 17th and before i left home i checked my bestbuy app and my TV was not on there for pick up so i contacted bestbuy and they said the tv was cancelled on the 14th bujt not before he said that there was no more 86 in at the store even tho i got a email telling me i had till the end of the 17th,best buy screwed up and now i have a playstation 5 and no TV for my kids christmas,BEST BUY will sell you something and then lie and say it was cancelled so they can sell it to someone else if need be overall BESTBUY SUCKS

Advertised as spiderman 2 bundle,but no code inside. Went to store and told, "that's just how best buy does it". The open box should just be sold as a stand alone PS5,not the game bundle.

I'm a bit upset about this purchase. I thought all or most of the games I got for my PS4 would be able to transfer to this console. Now I have to pay again for games I've already paid for. LAME!!!

Its just Not what i expected from sony in my opinion

Worst revision of the ps5 yet from the cheap flimsy panels and the cheap plastic stands, The detachable hard drive is a joke having to reset the whole system just for the ps5 to recognize the hard drive and then you have to initialize it just for it to work, I also disagree with the price hike because the ps5 slim isn’t worth $450 , Just Sony being greedy as usual. I will stick with my Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch Oled way better value and much better games. I honestly hope the ps5 slim fails because it’s going to come back and bite Sony in the butt. Just watch and see.

Horrible experience. Exactly one day after the manufacturer warranty expired, the liquid metal leaked onto the motherboard, completely rendering the device unrepairable. Despite marketed as placable upright, I was told to have it laying down for liquid metal not to leak on the motherboard. A clear functional limitation that customers are not made aware of at purchase. A total waste of money. Further, the controllers are also not as durable as earlier models.

Purchased an open box PS5 Spider-Man bundle for $20 less because they didn’t have any brand new ones but whoever returned it kept the free download. Had to spend $70 more to buy the game and neither Best Buy nor PlayStation could do anything about it.
