Best Buy refuses to stand behind products

I had an issue with my dualsense, only 2 weeks into receiving it. Its now rattling really loudly, which does not happen with my cobalt blue controller. Contacted customer service and they did nothing, simply gave me sonys number. I solved 20 puzzles to get to the final page of sonys warranty service, and it gave me an error. I'm now stuck with a broken controller, because a multi million dollar corporation refuses to stand by the products they sell. It would've been the easiest thing for best buy to say ok yes sorry about your issue, we're sending a replacement. I will never purchase anything from best buy ever again. Easily one of the worst CS experiences I've ever had.
