It was what they said it would be so I'm not upset

I have not gotten my ps5 , I’m still waiting and it is very late

The PS5 itself is great but the Spiderman code does not work. I scratched it off entered it in and it shows the code was already redeemed. Extremely disappointed since it was part of the bundle. I have seen many others have this problem during the holiday season.

I got the system on release day, I had the system for 1 year and it eventually died. What sets sony apart from Microsoft is its bad customer support and its greed. I had been a lifelong ps fan but recently switched to xbox for first time and i have been missing out. Playstation is wayyy too greedy and expensive. Playstation doesn't work with any other devices like google home or alexa. Doesn't offer dolby vs dts. Xbox has better sound, and Microsoft gives you points for getting trophies which u can exchange for game credits to buy games or dlc or monthly passes. Im 100% done with Sony. It just sucks. They dont value customers at all. And u will learn this as time passes if u just bought a ps5.

My free spider man game code didnt work. Ive been going back and forth with playstation. Sucks. And its loud.

Less than one star. This system didn’t accept discs in the driver so the unit had to he returned. Best buy failed by not having the same unit for replacement. Needless to say my grandson was very upset he doesn’t have the spiderman game. They refused to maoe it good and replace the game since the system they offered for replacement doesn’t come with the game. What a racquet, needless to say Beat Buy has disappointed me and my grandson. I will be rating this as its very sad they have such poor customer service.

The wost customer experience in my life. The online said pick up in an hour. After paid and checked out, said it would be delivered by the end of the week. Chatted with customer service they guaranteed it woud be here today. Got just rhe headset now they are saying not delivery until January 20th. The worst case of false advertising and poor customer service i hav ever seen. Last time ever i will purchase frim best buy.

I don’t tend to leave bad reviews nor do I like to, but I was upset when my ps5(open box) did not have the stand for the console, the usb-c, and the one I was most excited about - the Spider-Man game. I wish it would have said in the description but I would have never thought this console would’ve been sold without all these things included

Overheating have to return it after 2 days of using it

My grandson loves the console,but he didn’t get the spiderman2 download it didnt come

3 items missing from bundle. The charger, the stand and the game despite “excellent” are brand new condition. Had to purchase game for 75 bucks. I ended up spending 586 dollars despite 530 being the cost of a brand new bundle. That’s not including still having to replace the stand and the charger.

Never got my system it was delivered to the wrong place & when contacted customer service I was told I would get a replacement that never happened then I was told I would get a refund 3 weeks later got told to contact local authorities & I wasn’t getting any of my money back worst experience ever

Can’t review what you don’t buy. I called to inform you guys that someone has stole my information and you still process the package for them. So if I could give you’ll a zero rate I would. I call in a timely frame from the purchase but you guy still refuse to stop the package from being delivered.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered item to be shipped and the day it was out for delivery I was told it would not be delivered and was offered no options for fulfillment. Total waste of time. Disappointed in Best Buy not the product

Hello, I am very disappointed because I bought the package that included the Spiderman game. I bought it to give to my son. And the product arrived incomplete. The Spiderman card did not come. How can I get the Spiderman game sent to me?

I am very unhappy with purchase the game voucher that came in bundle does not work and after much time in chats and waiting on phone was told Best Buy is not responsible and PlayStation support is to overcrowded to speak to anyone

I went to setup the PS5 for my son and the code I scratched off tonight shows already redeemed and BestBuy tells me to contact Playstation and Playstation tells me the same to contact the retailers. Very upset kid.

Not happy…I paid for this bundle and the code for the Spider-Man game peeled off so it was not usable. Getting ahold of Sony is impossible. I want the game I paid for!!!

Misleading product description. Game was not included and also a cord was missing. Super disappointed as this was a gift for someone. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

Spent an extra hundred for disc drive that didn’t work. Bought as gift and they threw away box can’t return. Wouldn’t recommend.
