    Bestbuy was great and the app was easy to use. My only problem i had was on ups side and trying to get a hold of them. It said it was out for delivery for 5 days in a row but bestbuy was a great help with that and i finally got a hold of ups.

    This console is great, however if you like backwords compatability and like to play ps4 and ps3 games as well dont waste your time. You can play a very select few ps3 games and most of the ps4 games if they dont crash on you.

    Great. Good. Worth the price. Other than that I’m pretty sure that I was given a returned ps5 but did get an open box discount. The sticker wasn’t clear like the other PlayStation products. And the controller speaker doesn’t really work it sounds crackly
