My old Play Station was not only a gaming machine, it also was my bluray/DVD player. The slim PS5 with disk is a worthy replacement for my trusty old friend. The new controller is also amazing. It keeps the comfort of the classic PS controllers we all know and love, and adds some very cool rumble and force-feedback capabilities. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about them, but I'm a convert and the old controllers feel kind of "dead" to me now. One thing to note - this machine does get pretty hot when its going all-out, so do not tuck it into a cabinet or obstruct its vents.

Arrived in a timely manner with no damage. Performance is smooth, controller feels alive, and UI is aesthetically appealing. Could use more internal storage.

The new slim version is actually pretty nice. They say it doesn't perform any better but it sure feels like it. Also Spiderman along with the game is a MUST

Had it for a few weeks and it’s been great. Runs smoothly, has plenty of storage, and is extremely fast. New spider man 2 game that came with it is also amazing.

Super fun. Grandson is having a blast. Entire family plays on it. Got an extra controller and that was a great suggestion. Easy to set up, fast and fun.

I got this PlayStation for my boyfriend, and he loves it. The quality of the games show great HD on my small vizio TV. The speeds never have me waiting. The Spider-Man game is the best add on,And they have so many more cool things you can get with a pass. If I had to choose I would choose this one again.

This is my second slim, for my daughter who can't play because her twin brother is playing Fortnite with his friends. Slightly smaller than the original but still big. Nice little stand to lay it horizontally. I play with my kids when they are at their other house so imagine the screaming coming through the controller. Lego Fortnite private LAN for the three of us. Specs maxed out 120 fps, VRR, HDR. Make sure your TV is PS5 ready. And imagine all the exclusive games. This is the best gaming console.

Love the new slim design of this ps5. It's good and it's been very easy to download the Spiderman game included. Overall, it fits my room perfectly and I love it.

I got the PS5 Slim Spider-Man edition. Very impressive graphics! This machine throws out a lot of heat too! Make sure to give it space for proper ventilation.

Finally this thing is smaller!!! Held out buying original due to its size. This one fits perfectly and performs the same. Great bundle with Spider-Man 2

As someone who’s owned the original PS5 since launch, I was curious whether the new PS5 Slim would offer a meaningful upgrade. After spending a few weeks with the Slim, here’s my take if You want a more compact, quieter console go with the Slim

The PlayStation 5 offers impressive performance and stunning graphics, with an innovative DualSense controller. However, it falls short compared to the Xbox Series X in several areas. The PS5's bulky design and limited, expensive storage options are drawbacks. Exclusive titles are sparse, and backward compatibility isn't seamless. Load times are better on the Xbox Series X, which allows you to run multiple games without closing them and even resume from a paused state after shutdown. Additionally, Xbox Game Pass provides a better game library and value. Moreover, Xbox customer service is more responsive, and PS Plus feels outdated and overpriced compared to Xbox's offerings. While the PS5 has potential, it needs improvements to fully justify its price and hype.

The PS5 is fun, the graphics are amazing, the game choices are awesome, and the controller features are so cool.. but I wish the batteries lasted longer.

The graphics are amazing, the speed is great! Truly a great system for gaming. Got it for my husband for Christmas and he loves it!!! Money well spent
