    i will never buy anything from best buy again.. This was supposed to be brand new but im pretty sure its refurbished. This thing has been giving me issues since i got it. It makes noise when being turned on, i thought it was normal until someone told me its not. I’ve only had it for 3 months. Don’t get me started on the controller. The controller does not work well with bluetooth. I have to constantly have it plugged in. I ended up buying 2 more controllers from bestbuy just to experience the same exact thing.. Like i should’ve just went on the actual playstation website

    My kids loves their PS5. Only issue is the controllers do not last long. Issues with drifting and the headset connector not working.
