The product itself is great. My issue lies with the lack of customer service when I came into the store. I walked right to what I needed, and needed assistance. I looked around and could not spot a SINGLE employee on the floor. So I went to the check in desk and asked if she could please have someone come and answer a question for me and told her where I would be. She got on a walkie and sent the message and I waited… and waited… and.. waited. 4 employees this time walked right by, avoiding eye contact. I understand if there is already a task they are assigned to or a department they are assigned to, but the very least they could do is ask if I’ve been helped, and if not, ensure I get the help I need. These are expensive products and I want to make sure I’m making the correct and educated decision. When I finally had help I had to personally ask a random employee who didn’t really seem interested in helping, but did anyway. It wasn’t the best experience and I will likely not purchase something like this again from this store. I’d rather go to a store where the customer service agents actually care about providing customer service.

What can you say, it's a PS5! The grandkids LOVE it. There are so many game options available, and the fact that it can load disks or play online is a great. No regrets!

We are enjoying are new ps5 cansole. We both use it to have fun.

Worked perfect for few months then out of nowhere it wouldnt pop up on my tv input in order to connect and i rarely used it maybe once or twice a week for couple hours atvthe most and was never damaged or handled in an aggressive way so overall it was great but was unfortunate no explanation to how or why it stopped connecting even though the console and contoller would turn on and anything else connected to tv through hdmi had zero issue

Having the latest in gaming technology with the PS5 is one thing that speaks for itself. But, the seemless process in the purchase and the curbside pick up was well worth the effort! Kudos!

This is a great console! Super fast downloading, streaming and updating. Everything just seems to run smoother than the PS4.
