It has been a while since we have had a playstation. Love this one and having a blast playing.

Best thing I’ve bought so far. Worth it. PS5 is definitely a must have considering the amount of games they got.

Everything works fine, The speaker on the controller or any heaphones i put in there goes in and out but other than that it works perfectly fine.

My son loves it he can play for hours at a time with no problem at all

Love the PS5. The games library is varied and there are deals all the time. Definitely a good choice for a game system.

I ordered a PS5 in excellent condition and received a fair condition PS5 please note the fair condition PS5 didnt even work and was overheating the moment i turned it on. I then called Best Buy Customer service and a lady told me it was my fault for purchasing a used PS5 mind you i order and excellent condition and received a fair condition version. Over the phone i asked if she could hold me the excellent condition ps5 at a store near me as i was going to be on my way in 20 mintues she told me i could buy a new one mind you i already paid $400 something dollars for one. Terrrrribleeeeee customer service on phone. When i got to the store a young man at the arden location did and amazing job getting everything switched out he was patient and provided excellent customer service. The ps5 i have after he did swap works great.

It cool for what it is. Its works outside the box.

Every was great besides the ps5 controller come out defective and thank you geek squad for a replacement but it continues to have the same issue of drifting

I’m assuming it was an updated version because it’s less bulkier than the ones I’m used to seeing but it works perfectly.

Sony seems to have improved the heat management in this veriosn. Would recommend it over the original PS5.

Glad that these have been readily available every time I go to Best Buy, simply the best!
