    i tried exchanging my ps5 for a series x and they said the disc drive wouldnt connect when they tried the ps5 in store and i told them they meeded wifi but wouldn’t listen, anyways they boxed my ps5 back up the most unprofessional way through it back in the box messy and ripped it up when i brought it in neat as when i first got it never going back to this best buy worst customer service ever wasnt able to get the peoples names but i will be going back to make a complaint.
