    So far so good. I just had the worst customer service experiences with the Playstation support.

    Another grate console from Sony. The only issue I had was the update and download times took hours.

    console runs fine, controller that came with it wouldn’t charge from the charging port so i had to purchase a charging stand. tried to return and they wouldn’t allow it even in the 15 day window.

    Brought a ps5 at best buy Can’t even use it won’t let me connect to my internet, for my sibling it works , horrible purchase stick drift on the controller, Xbox series s or x I recommend

    80% of the time this is the best console I’ve ever used. The games I play (NCAA, Fallout 4, and the three most recent Star Wars games) all look amazing and game play is awesome. 20% of the time the controller drift makes it so miserable to play that I can’t even try. I’ve come to learn that the “stick drift” is a pretty common thing. Had I known this prior to purchase I’d have gone with an X box.
