Makes an odd sound when turns on then goes quiet after Turing on. Works amazing.

Have had several issues returned my first one I purchased because the console kept crashing, now the second one the controller takes a crap after 3 times using it. I take it back on the 15th day while I understand it's one day past their rules the manager would only give store credit. But did not have the same system I had available I would have had to down grade or spend another $65. They just kept trying to sell me a new controller. Which I have to do but I'll do it else where.

I was order PS5 online but it’s delivered like open box. So I replaced it for new one.

Controllers already broken after a few months. Great picture but almost exactly the same as ps4 with a much harder to understand UI

When asked why this was on sale, they responded that the owner didn't want it. Was missing stand and power cable

didnt like that all the game you had to play on line only

I prefer my PS4. The controller needs to be charged after two hours of use. I really wish I would've purchased a gaming PC

I need to have a better service because my order's are being canceled for no reason and i need to have this fixed please.

The PS5 came with a problem, it was showing an error on every PS5 game, customer service was great and they solved my problem right away offering a refund.

Wasn't in the box so I had to return it, very disappointed in Best Buy!!!

I don't like that the 800 numbers specifically told me I was allowed to return the items that I purchased within 15 days they only took back the PS5 console but did not take back the video game citing that it was opened I don't understand why you would take a device that costs Almost $600 and you won't take back a video game that only costed 50 doesn't make any sense to me now I'm stuck with a game that I cannot sell. The game is MLB 25 the show for the PS5. Not going to change my rating unless a manager can allow me to use the game for store credit and return to the store to replace it for a new product.

Lags, WiFi goes in and out, when purchased device was dusty

We all know it's a good buy....only problem is my controller box button is hard to press...

This ps4 is malfunctioning, it makes loud noises, the panels are falling off, the games are also laggy and some are unplayable

Worst purchase EVER. it was the slim version after exclusovely asking for the og model. The fan was so loud. The system kept crashing. The trash can got this purchase as i tried to call the store to return it but they told me i could not

It over heats a lot I don’t know why it’s not like the original one

The upside to my delivery is that it arrived on time as it was stated in its delivery estimate. The downside is that the person who delivered my package looked as if he was in a hurry and sent it to the wrong address. I didn't know it was mine until my neighbor came by a couple of minutes later and brought it to me.

Every time I play apex some how my PlayStation freezes up. Then have to submit n report n nothing never happens. Happens about 3/4 times every 2 weeks

I bought a NEW PS5 online that this store (11301 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064) was delivering on, and this store tried to ship me an OPEN BOX PS5 thinking I wouldn't notice or return it. Disappointing experience. Avoid this location like all the other reviews have pointed out. Just my luck the online buy was given to them to fulfill.
