Sony Sony Sony. What are yall doing? Within a week of having it the LAN port went out. Can only connect wirelessly. Very very sad.

Very poor customer service ordered on bb website was missing items i called soon i noticed missing i was told after 10 days nothing we can do very poor service buyer beware they lost ne as a cutomer never again poor service after the sale

Never got my PS5… It was delivered and sat outside instead of at my door where I have a ring camera. But since it was delivered Best Buy refused to do anything about it. So out of $500 and my product:-(

Has to replace console 2 times at Hickory NC very un happy with Best Buy i had purchase 2 warranties

Planning on returning a brand new PS5 it was a lemon. Very disappointed brand new n out of the box and it won’t power up. Taking it back

broke after 30 days, junk. It just shut off and didin't send any signal to HDMI

I never recived item they sent it to a wrong adress and they have not refunded my money its been since Dec 22, 2023, they are no help they even have proff on the picture they took that that home is not even mine

I asked for a digital version instead I got a disk version. Didn’t notice until I got home.

It only worked for 31 days and it crashed $500 down the drain smh

Console already crashed and am on the process of shipping to Sony in the hopes they can fix it . I haven’t even had it for a month

I never receive the ps5 and portal the fedex company doest respond any becarfull

The console is nice but after 1 or two mine stop working and made a poping sound don't recommend
