The console arrived on the right date and appreciate that the delivery guy delivered it even though it was already at night. The separate/additional controller didn’t arrive though (the delivery guy who picked it up sent it to a different apartment number and building). It took a while before we were able to connect with customer support but the refund was easy/straightforward.
