Great customer service helped me locate everything I need to know

This was a gift for my 12 year old son and he loves it.

It's a PlayStation 5 Console so you know its good. My only complaint is it only came with horizontal legs. You have to spend extra $$$ to get vertical legs. It also appears BestBuy does NOT keep this item in stock you have to order it online. Then play the waiting game for it to arrive. Maybe it will be eventually in stock and maybe it never will be. Don't worry BestBuy won't let you know unless you take the time to call their toll free customer service then play the aggravating game of waiting to speak to a living breathing human being to find out if the item will ever be in stock again.

Honestly I am quite pleased with the ps5. Went back and got extra storage and never have had a single problem
