Was shipped to my house in great shape. East to install.

I think it is nice and have no issues. Most important is the USB-C works. Had to buy this because the PS5 I bought one year prior had a USB-C I never used, but when I bought the PSVR2 the front port never worked. Crazy that to play PSVR2 I had to buy a brand new PS5. Worse yet is it looks like they are giving up on PSVR2 just months into it.

I love this PS5! The whole purchase process was quick and easy as well and I will not hesitate to make future purchases with BB.

Best thing I ever bought in awhile, just what I needed to heal my inner child. The system runs smoothly and haven’t had any problems.

I ordered a PS5 in excellent condition and received a fair condition PS5 please note the fair condition PS5 didnt even work and was overheating the moment i turned it on. I then called Best Buy Customer service and a lady told me it was my fault for purchasing a used PS5 mind you i order and excellent condition and received a fair condition version. Over the phone i asked if she could hold me the excellent condition ps5 at a store near me as i was going to be on my way in 20 mintues she told me i could buy a new one mind you i already paid $400 something dollars for one. Terrrrribleeeeee customer service on phone. When i got to the store a young man at the arden location did and amazing job getting everything switched out he was patient and provided excellent customer service. The ps5 i have after he did swap works great.

Quality is great and runs really well, I was surprised by how much smaller it is than the original.

Love the PS5 - upgraded recently from a PS4; the haptic feedback is an insane experience and the game quality is fantastic. Wish the design still had a PS1/PS2 look to it, and the console could stand upright without facing cooling issues that could damage the system. That said, the experience of the gaming system beats out these details.

Must Have for the Exclusives - Obviously takes some time to get used to the UI if switching from another console, but worth a look for sure
