Need help figuring it out and setting it up. It is complicated compared to other game systems.

It’s a very good the only downside is the storage is not that big but still I would highly recommend

Had to buy this to play the college football game that just came out!

They lady who sold me this ps5 was extremely rude and seem like she didn’t know what she was doing.. I get it sometimes there is a learning curve but she didn’t have to give me attitude. My Best Buy card had declined because of a fraud alert… I was told by her that I needed to leave and call the bank need tho it was a Best Buy account.

The disc drive is broken thank god i bought the warranty

My son love it. It was ready for pick it in less than one hour.

Graphics are great but I don’t like the large white system wish it came in black.

Honestly not that impressed with the graphics or overall gameplay. I have a high end oled so that’s not my limiting factor. Even the slim version overheats quickly and is loud. Owned for less than a month and regret purchasing.

I thought it was better. Not what I expected. I’m thinking of returning the product back to the store.

Great for casual gaming and competitive gaming, loved it over my ps4 and xbox

So far so good. I just had the worst customer service experiences with the Playstation support.

DON'T BUY A CONSOLE FROM BEST BUY. I bought an open box listed as 'Excellent Condition'. The small print literally says "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). However, it did NOT include the charging cable, the stand, or any of the packaging materials or paperwork inside. The manager Jermaine was rude, couldn't be bothered to help, and just kept repeating "it's an open box, that's what you get." He refused to look at the small print visible on the website that I was trying to show him on my phone. So BEST BUY - you would rather let $500 slip through your fingers rather than spend two minutes talking with a customer? Fine. I'll take my money elsewhere. Useless.

Another grate console from Sony. The only issue I had was the update and download times took hours.

I was order PS5 online but it’s delivered like open box. So I replaced it for new one.

This is a quite amazing and wonderfully entertaining game box.

The slim was just what I needed. Faster & better picture than the ps4

Brought a ps5 at best buy Can’t even use it won’t let me connect to my internet, for my sibling it works , horrible purchase stick drift on the controller, Xbox series s or x I recommend
