I never recived item they sent it to a wrong adress and they have not refunded my money its been since Dec 22, 2023, they are no help they even have proff on the picture they took that that home is not even mine

Your company allowed this product to be shipped to an address I dont live at. Your company has failed to resolve this issue.

I recently got my hands on the PlayStation 5, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer, literally. Whether it’s the feeling of raindrops or the tension of pulling a bowstring, every action in the game is more tactile and realistic. The PS5’s game library is already impressive and constantly growing. From blockbuster hits to indie gems, there’s something for every type of gamer. And with backward compatibility, I can still enjoy my collection of PS4 games.

works like a dream! disc drive is a little loud with a disc inside....but it's incredibly well made, and is a wonderful, more minimalistic option compared to the old PS5 model. however, if you already own a PS5, they're the same (except visually), so don't feel a need to get this. 1TB is a great way to get started with a few games.

I never receive the ps5 and portal the fedex company doest respond any becarfull

Truly one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been a gamer since sega geniuses and I’ve been team PlayStation since day one and I can say they’ve done an amazing job on this PS5! I’m so glad I waited a while to buy it because I love the slim edition even with the disc drive its body and built is beautiful. The graphics on this thing are so human like and the controller is amazing! The controller even gets updated which I think is pretty cool because the brains behind the “to do” features have been mind blowing to say the least. The PlayStation plus and store are still readily available and give access to buy, download and stream games which is awesome when it comes to space on the hard drive. They also always has something new for you try for free and or buy, and having the 3 tiers of access/prices makes it awesome for everyone’s budget. So if you’re thinking about getting it get it! I can definitely say it’s worth the money now!

No complaints, me n wifey loving it. Loads fast and graphics are great.

Works well - I wouldn't ever buy the disc one again though - makes you download it anyway.

When I got my order it was ripped the cable did not come with or the charger. This was not cheap so I give this a 0 rating

Ordered om 12/4/23 and still do not have my order(12/20/23) and getting a total run a round on getting a refund.

The game stop loading after 20s and Best Buy does not accept exchanges or will correct the issue.

The PS5 is an outstanding console with impressive performance and a sleek design. The graphics are stunning, and the load times are incredibly fast thanks to the SSD. That ps5 is a garbage best buy is not to blame, but sony made garbage
