Good enough for my family of 4 to find something we can all enjoy, but like everything else these days it's all expensive.

The PS5 gets to hot to fast. That's being nice. It tells me to shut it off with an hour or two, every time I play football 2024.. That's very,very bad. I might have to return it soon!!! Cost way to much to have to shut it off and unplug it every two hours!! Sincerely, John Mortenson

The console came without the cord that charges the controller so I had to go into the store and purchase one otherwise I wouldn’t be able to use the device. Other than that the console works fine

I really enjoy all of the features on my ps5. And playing the games

Dont buy the ps5 slim from Best Buy because all their boxes are dented and opened. This is the 3rd ps5 i got from them and it didn't work. All of them were glitching and 2 of them the disc drive didn't even work. I was getting so mad i was about to run it over with my dodge demon SRT. They stopped making the original model for this junk like come on. So if your planning on buying a slim order from sony.

Im just curious why the system and controllers get such high reviews, the joystick drift makes the system impossible to use, i cant watch movies or control games without stickdrift ruining everything, old nintendos never had this issue and old playstations lasted years without problems but the controller programming is ridiculous

Dont buy this ps5 because i had to buy a xbox to play fortnite on because its mad glitchy on here. Playstation is a scamming company thats why jim ryan left and they take your money wouldn't let me refund a game even tho i have 14 days

For all you video game lovers out there don’t waste your money on consoles get a pc, because these console have fake 120 hz and plays like garbage. A gaming pc will run way better for online games so save your money and don’t buy a console

I’m sure this PS5 is a great product (I wouldn’t know as I wasn’t the one who bought it). But once again, Best Buy’s system has failed to secure my credit card information and allowed someone to hack into their system (seems like an inside job for it to happen twice, if you ask me) and use my BB credit card to buy something that I won’t get the joy of using myself. But if I were to buy a PS5 for myself, I’d buy it in black instead of white. White shows too much dirt and smudges!

PS 5 stopped working after 2 weeks - could not connect to monitor . Unfortunately if you buy from Best Buy their return policy is only 2 weeks . Had to ship back to Sony. Be aware of return policy of only 2 weeks.

Had two in a span of 5 weeks whose hdmi ports went out. Unfortunately, the second one went past the exchange deadline (and had to pay an extra 50 because the original wasn’t in stock the first time). So now I have to send it off to Sony for weeks just to be able to play. Thanks, Best Buy Dallas - Park Lane

Not worth the money for any iteration. Any software that would incentivize purchasing this can be played on PC.

Console did not work. It powered on but the tv couldn’t recognize the HDMI cord. The cord did not fit console properly. It wiggled when inserting. Tried plugging console to three different tvs. None would recognize connection.

This lasted a year and a half and it had the blue light of death. It won't turn on. Before that the DVD ROM stopped working. Absolute junk for the price you have to pay. Garbage product.

It did not worked. Try to get a replacement in store and they just send me with the manufacturer( Sony) - after scheduling a appointment where they did not checked anything!!

Poor quality I have never had a playstation last until the next version come out. So Sony has taken at least 2x my money for each generation. My PS5 just broke at 2 years. Well maintained, zero dust inside.
