The ps5 was in very good condition. No problem with performance

We have several 5’s and wanted the disc version as we have several discs. System is backwards compatible l. Graphics are impressive and load times are minimal. Love the new platform set up as well easier to navigate

For the Price at Best Buy you can't beat it. It came in Pristine condition and I received the upmost help even through the stressful holiday times. Definitely would recommend people to get their Ps5's from here with no doubt in my mind.

The speed and graphics are an improvement. I've had every generation of PS consoles. It seems like they stepped up their game from the PS4. I also like the fact you can continue to play DVDs and blue rays on it as well.

Got this as a gift for my husband he absolute loves it ! And he is a big gamer ! Doesn’t overheat like the last one so huge plus there ! Definitely a good gift for anyone who loves to game!

I was trying to wait until November to upgrade from my PS4, but I had no choice when it kept shutting itself down. I amm happy with my purchase, it is a little of an adjustment using it. I am happy because my picture looks crudp and the speed of my game is improved dramatically. Eventually I will increase my storage with added SSD, there is plenty of storage to start with and will at some point get another controller. Over all you won't be disappointed upgrading to the PS5

So far it's been great! I have had every version of PlayStation's since the PS1. I was late to the party because my PS4 pro was working fine. I like the improvement in the controller the most but was disappointed that I had to buy extra memory just to copy my existing games over.

This system is superb. Graphics are amazing. Play ability and accessibility and ability of playing is fantastic.
