Noticeable upgrade over my old, but still going, PS4. The PS5 slim model does not get too hot, even after hours of constant gameplay. Looks great on 4k TV sound is great on my surround sound set up. Between disc based, digital downloads, or streaming older games, there is a huge catalog of games to explore. Highly recommend!

The PS5 is a wonderful console. The slim version doesn't take up as much space. Having a disc drive is important, because I get to watch all of my Blu-ray movies. Plus it's important to note that companies can remove digital copies of your movies and games from your library whenever they choose. Don't go fully digital.

Works as designed. ***Warning, do not purchase their earlier version and it has known power pack problems and freezes games***

This was a really great purchase! I got the disc drive version so I could play physical copies of games as well as buy games from the PlayStation store. I think that is the way to go.

I love this console — I was holding out for a long time on upgrading my PS4 because I didn't think it was worth it. Well this year I decided to treat myself for my birthday and purchased a PS5 and I have been loving it! Absolutely incredible gameplay and the graphics are way better.

As an Upgrade from my PS4 it has been great! I love the feel of the Controller as well as how the dashboard is setup. It is used more to play older games from the PS4 catalog than newer games at the moment but the loading times and response definitely impress. Only gripe would be that the battery on the controllers drain a lot quicker than the old dual shocks, so you'll find yourself charging very frequently.
