Exactly what we expected. The only disappointment is the packaging has changed. It was difficult to open the box without tearing it. We save packaging in case we need to return the product.

Excellent console! First PlayStation purchased since PS2. Does run a little warm but with good ventilation and air flow it should be good. Downfall is the original controller started stick drifting really bad so get the extra protection plan and it’ll be covered.

Nice unit, and easy to use. I will say it takes a little bit to learn it and I still am. I like the ease of setup, the stand I bought to stand it upright is nice, its quiet and has different colored lights to tell you if its on standby or on etc. Has a lot of options as well like streaming apps through it.

Massive improvement from PS4! Graphics and speed are awesome!

This is such an improvement over the PS4 in both graphics and performance. I would have given an “Excellent” but the fact the unit does not come with the stand knocked it down a notch.

I mean, it's a PS5, what's not to love!!! An absolute need for any gamer.

Bought one for my boyfriend and it came on time, box was well protected in the best buy box and everything in the box was good. No issues with the console at all so far.

Lets be honest, I'm 60+ year old guy and I bought myself a Playstation 5 to play racing games. I enjoy racing. And the Playstation has delivered. I've only played three different racing games so far, and it's FANTASTIC! So, even if you're an old guy like me, the Playstation 5 can give you a thrill.

Playstation 5, as opposed to Xbox Series X, has a more user friendly interface and an intuitive controller that feels good in the hand. The Dual Sense has a litanty of features that the series x does not, including a motion sensing pad, microphone and pressure sensitive triggers. The exclusives for ps 5, while good, are not worth the switch from xbox if you are an existing microsoft user. The hardware for the series x, including the quick start feature, give it the edge over ps5. Worth it if you have the money.

Awesome ps5, it was a great and had much fun playing street fighter and fifa on the PlayStation 5

My husband and i bought this playstation for our 9 year old grandson. He shares a play station with his mom they are both into video games. He didnt even ask for one for christmas but on christmas morning he was ovr the moon when he opened it. The PS5 is was great purchase and at a great price.

My brother died 5 years ago from muscular dystrophy. He had always been a playstation fan ever since the first one 30 years ago. We had been anticipating buying the PS5 for years. It took me many years after his passing to buy it but now that i finally have I absolutely love it and its allowed to somewhat heal.

Works perfectly, amazing graphics, lots of great games to choose from. I’m so happy with it, as is my partner who I have it to as a gift. Could not be any happier with it.

I bought the open box ps5 for my son's birthday and it works great! There were no signs of it even looking like it was an open box item. I usually purchase open box products for the more pricier items and i have not once been disappointed. Thanks Best Buy for that!

This system has much more memory. Nice to have the disk drive for older games. Great to be able to own the games and be able to buy other disk games.
