I upgraded from an Xbox360 to a PS5. Yes, HUGE difference! Before I made a purchase like this I did a lot of research and found out that when comparing the PS5 to the newest Xbox PS5 had the Xbox beat. And after watching some review videos I came to the conclusion that the PS5 would probably be the best fit for me. And it is, I really only play COD on the system but I have no complaints. There is no lagging, realistic graphics, and so many different options of games available to play online with friends

Picked up my new PS5 through Best Buy’s curbside service, and everything was quick and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly and had my order ready right on time. The console itself is absolutely amazing — fast, powerful, and the graphics are next level. Setup was simple, and I was gaming in no time. I love my new PS5 it's such an upgrade! It's so much faster than my PS4! It's a lot brighter too. The only things that I don't like is the storage space. It's good that this has the disc drive included so that helps take up less storage space. But the digital games take up a lot of space. Especially if you want to keep your game progress and saves. I like to play a game and sometimes switch to another game for a little while or have other games only when friends come over. I wouldn't like to have to only play a few games and have this loaded on the console. I had 32 games some disc versions and coming from my PS4 1TB and all of my games were saved to it to the PS5 1TB now I have less space and can't fit every game. So I had to make another purchase and get an M.2 drive so I can have all of my games downloaded at once and keep my saves in the games. So plan on making another purchase if you don't want to download and delete games. My last gripe is I had to get used to the new layout of how to get to the Home Screen and settings I learned pretty fast it was just an adjustment. It's nice to be able to adjust the sounds of the beep and controller. Also the brightness of the controller, console and the low power mode settings can be adjusted to update the system, games and charge the controllers and of that doesn't need to be done or will go in a super low energy mode. It goes from low power mode to on very quickly and you can turn it on from the PlayStation app too. I'm glad I can still play all of my PS4 games and some came with free PS5 versions.

Definitely a great console but make sure to keep it lying down. With a disc reader you do not want it standing up.

The system works perfectly. Would recommend to other, but if yoi are willing to save a bit more money you can buy it on black friday or invest on a pc. I also recommennd if you want to play localy with friends or family.

I really love my PS5. It runs really well, has a lot of games I like, with no lag. The new feature on the pad of the controller is cool, and the PS5 tower has a unique design that I like. Definitely recommend.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

Best console on the planet, and this is my first ever!!! I've always loved PlayStation but man, was I blown away!
