Way smaller than expected, which is great. The shape of it makes it more portable than old ps4 imo. Its pretty discrete behind my tv and i like that it looks great vertical or horizontal

It's a great console for those who want to enjoy games without the headaches that come with playing on a PC when errors start popping up or you don't know if a game will run well or not. Here it's about buying the game, whether physical or digital, starting to play and enjoying it. Although the resolution is rarely native 4k, the upscaling is very good and you can really enjoy the games with great quality. Until a few months ago I had the normal PS5, the difference in size is considerable, although I also have to say that it makes a little more noise than the previous model.

I recently bought the PS5 from Best Buy and I absolutely love it! The graphics are stunning, gameplay is super smooth, and loading times are incredibly fast. The controller feels amazing and adds so much to the experience. Best Buy's service was great too—quick delivery and secure packaging. Highly recommend!

Always has to share a PlayStation with my brothers, but now that I have my own money, I bought the PS5 and it’s way better than te 4

Gave this as a gift to a friend who didn't have a PS5 yet and it is such a wonderful jump from the 4. Also, the person helping us in store at North Riverside was the most help ever and such a wonderful person!

I love my upgrade! I’ve been playing on PS system since the first one released in America and I’ve always been satisfied! The game selection has gotten better, but I will say a con is the amount of storage available for access and saves. You can replace the memory chip inside to resolve that, but that’s a lot of work and more money on something that should come with a minimum of 1TB.

I waited several years to the PlayStation 5 and finally caught it at the right price point I was willing to pay for it. Having said that I ordered it and elected home delivery instead pickup in the store due to a recent surgery. Delivery was quick but that’s when the drama started. I had been anticipating the delivery and was looking out for it. When FedX delivered it they didn’t leave it at my door but in the walk, the driver didn’t ring the door bell, just left in the open area for it to be Stolen. The shipping box seal was broken along with actual PS5 box. All the content had been ravaged through as if they were looking for something specific like an extra controller. Best Buy you gotta do better with your logistics and 3PL partners or theft will reduce your sales opportunities

Our son loves his Playstation 5! We decided to get the disc veraion and have his PS4 games saved to an external hard drive that thankfully is compatible with the PS5. Also, no overheating issues like we had with our PS4 Pro. Love it!
