Perfect ítem i was using it and it's the best now my days off I can relax with some games and favorite movies

Was debating on getting a ps5 for about 9 months after it came out and never thought about getting one till 20 days ago, Best Buy gave me no trouble getting my stuff and even assure everything was in tact before I left the store .

great product, works well and efficiently. the hard drive is nice and i’ve never had any problems with it. this is my second time buying one and would buy again

The package was great! Everything was nice and neat. Super glad came with stand holder i can lay it down. If my disk drive ever stops working i can replace it without having to buy a new system. The controller is nicely wrapped. I no longer have to delete games to get more storage. This system is great Including the graphics!!

Ps5 uploads quicker and downloads my game quicker then the ps4.

We got this for our son's birthday. He was thrilled!! We buy all of our electronics from Best Buy because we trust the quality of their products & we buy the extra coverage as well.

The console arrived on the right date and appreciate that the delivery guy delivered it even though it was already at night. The separate/additional controller didn’t arrive though (the delivery guy who picked it up sent it to a different apartment number and building). It took a while before we were able to connect with customer support but the refund was easy/straightforward.
