The PS5 slim is better than the original.. faster boot up. 1 terrified of storage..downloading seems faster ..smoother controller better control of the game characters I have the original five and there's a sluggish delay between the movement of the controller stick and the movement of the character..the slim it's definitely faster and smoother with the characters.... It's like there's a delay between the controller and the character on the original PS5 I've tried making lots of adjustments it doesn't go away the slim doesn't have that.... And if the CD drive poops out its an easy repair and it's only like 79 bucks and you can do it yoursel it's so easy even a monkey can do it...LOL.... Oh yeah and it's smaller..

My grandson loves it and plays everyday after school

The ps5 looks great and a amazing refresh to the ps4 the graphics are so much smoother than the ps4 it destroys a lot of games at 1080p but you need a high end monitor to get all the features out of it
