    My wife finally allowed me to get a PS5 and I love it. The gameplay is immersive with the graphics and everything the controller does. It’s amazing.

    Product is great! But the Best Buy at the Northcrest shopping center in Fort Wayne Indiana, the staff were horrible. I purchased this item for in store pick up. The store was dead, and no one came up to me to help, it took them 4 hours to tell me my order was ready for pickup. There were PS5 consoles on the floor. But it should never take that long for them to get my order ready.
