PlayStation packaging looks like a refurbished one. Had a trade in for the PlayStation (Xbox series x), was told one price I was ok with and then get to the store and they cut it by 75%. For some dust on the inside.

Very fun console, however the hdmi encoder was broken. I recommend getting the protection plan as to avoid a 300 repair cost

My controller came defective and i cant use my mic , i had to buy a new controller.

The graphics are so mesmerizing that I'm starting to believe our living room is a portal to another dimension. Sometimes I peek in and pretend I'm part of the virtual world where house chores are done by magical creatures, and husbands clean up after themselves. It's like a TV remote on steroids – it has him so engrossed that he doesn't even realize I've gone to the spa for a few hours. The loading times are so fast he doesn't have time to do anything between games keeping him busy for hours! I've perfected my DIY facemasks and taken up meditation, all thanks to the PS5. Same gaming issues I faced on ps4 but the downloads are much faster

I didn’t know I had to buy the games and also buy a service each month to be able to play the game.

I couldn't prove it because the tracking code indicates that it arrived but it wasn't at my front door. I made my claim but Best Buy responded that since they have the tracking code as delivered, they didn't process my claim and I paid for a product that I don't have. The truth is that I lost $500.

Cannot transfer data and it sometimes glitches the controller also freezes at different points in the game

I’ll keep this simple and short, Ps5 slim consoles are absolute garbage, Didn’t even have it for 2 days and I was getting flashing green screen in all games I tried and constant system errors. I game on a Lg C3 42” Oled that is also connected to Xbox Series X and don’t experience any issues on Xbox. So it’s definitely Sony’s hot garbage of a console. Returned the ps5 slim today 7/8/24 and never buying another Sony product. Xbox Series X easily blows the ps5 out of the water without even trying ! Game pass is also way better than ps+ subscription in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and avoid the ps5 slims , They are hot garbage and not worth it.

Stolen PlayStation, didn’t work couldnt sign in and when I brought they credited me towards a brand new one but it was a gift for someone else so pretty annoying and easily avoidable

My ps5 was never delivered..So I couldn’t tell you how it performs.

Not very happy with the system. I keeps lagging and not connecting to the internet hard wired to the modem.

I wouldn’t buy another slim ps5 , I haven’t had this console long and I’ve been having problems. For the second time now the console will not cut on I have to wait til the next day. Never had this problem with the regular ps5

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Best Buy thinks it’s acceptable to knowingly sell used ps5’s that are faulty. Be careful with products that say that they are certified for re-sale. Best Buy has gotten extremely lazy with quality control
