Turns off randomly, screen goes green then shuts off and says unplugged wrong

What a joke this console is, can't even support bluetooth audio. 2024 and you make it impossible for your console to connect to soundbars, bluetooth speakers and headsets. I bought this console just for CFB and GTA 6 and I already regret it. So bad compared to a PC

Never got my PS5… It was delivered and sat outside instead of at my door where I have a ring camera. But since it was delivered Best Buy refused to do anything about it. So out of $500 and my product:-(

broke after 30 days, junk. It just shut off and didin't send any signal to HDMI

I never recived item they sent it to a wrong adress and they have not refunded my money its been since Dec 22, 2023, they are no help they even have proff on the picture they took that that home is not even mine

I asked for a digital version instead I got a disk version. Didn’t notice until I got home.
