love love love this console obsessed with the design and the graphics output hats off to the design team

Wow! First time owning a Playstation. After having spent sometime at Best Buy talking over it with the very knowledge staff. I applied for a Best Buy credit card and was granted credit right there on the spot! I used the card to not only purchase my new PS 5, I also got a great deal on a home theater sound system to complement and enhance my gaming experience. If you haven't had the Playstation experience, and not sure if you want to, I can say as a gamer from the 80's and this being my first time owning a Playstation I am so impressed and couldn't be happier! Easy to set up and navigate through its good to familiarize yourself with the menu, settings and controller options. Most of these have easy to follow in-game tutorials and support. The DualSense Wireless Controller fits nicely in your hands and has many features, (I played through the Astro's PLAYROOM tutorial, that was pre-installed with my PS5 console) Super fun and easy to interact with, you'll be surprised and amazed by the many functions of this controller designed to give you the ultimate gaming experience! The PS5 Console looks amazing. Out of the box it has white detachable face plates which can be swapped out for different designs and colors, (I changed mine to Black) Most come with the standard features and products like power cords, USB cables. (Check your box for details) Knowing how to take on and off the face plate will help with cleaning and general maintenance. I have my PS5 Horizontal in a dust free area, and it looks great and fits right in. For my first gaming experience I chose the game Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered for the PS5. Playing this game on an Olde screen really puts you into another world. You can tell a lot of care went into the game, as some of the details are stunning. I often stop just to watch the sunset. With the controller rumbling and pushing out sound effects from the game just puts you even deeper into this beautiful colored and vibrant world. But no matter the experience you're looking for Im sure you'll find it here with the PS5 Slim Console! Enjoy the future of Gaming!

Excellent Console for my needs. The graphics and display on my TV is remarkable. I am able to play my PS4 games and new PS5 games. Great upgrade from my ps4.

Super efficient, great graphics, ultra-fast compared to the previous version. You have to place it in the correct position, otherwise it might give a disc reading error.

I waited for several years to upgrade from PS4 to PS5. When I found out that I was going to be forced to upgrade if I wanted to keep playing online I wasn't very happy, PlayStation is getting rid of the online network for PS4. My wife purchased the PS5 for me for Christmas and, while the cost is higher than I'd like, the quality really shines through, from the online network, to the PlayStation and controllers. I only have 1 actual PS5 game right now but when I play the PS4 games on it, everything looks cleaner, the game responds faster and everything overall is better. I still wish they would give us more internal storage.

I have had the consul for several months now and it is by far the best gameplay ever! It doesn’t overheat like other consoles have in the past, and the slim version is easier to store. they have even upgraded the controllers, with the sound effects and vibrations, it makes the game play 10 times better z

Updated from PS4. Faster, better graphics, easy to set up and use. Nice additional features and main menu / widgets. Only had it set up for a week, but happy so far.

In my opinion this is a major step up from the one at launch even though i had a chance to get the pro i went with the slim because of the space in my room and the slim fits perfectly in any area you can think of. Performance wise its great i havent had any issues im able to play my cloud games better than the original standard console but streaming certain games on here are a bit slow with processing the storage. Now the biggest concern for me heading into this is just the overall cooling. With the standard it could get hot very quickly. With the slim it can heat very quickly but not over heating. My piece of advice when comes to cooling of this console is to make sure you have it in cool spacious environment where it doesnt pick up does, like this console once it hot its like a space heater like my goodness. But overall i honestly do like this console. I would highly recommend because of its versatility
