I love my new PS5 it's such an upgrade! It's so much faster than my PS4! It's a lot brighter too. The only things that I don't like is the storage space. It's good that this has the disc drive included so that helps take up less storage space. But the digital games take up a lot of space. Especially if you want to keep your game progress and saves. I like to play a game and sometimes switch to another game for a little while or have other games only when friends come over. I wouldn't like to have to only play a few games and have this loaded on the console. I had 32 games some disc versions and coming from my PS4 1TB and all of my games were saved to it to the PS5 1TB now I have less space and can't fit every game. So I had to make another purchase and get an M.2 drive so I can have all of my games downloaded at once and keep my saves in the games. So plan on making another purchase if you don't want to download and delete games. My last gripe is I had to get used to the new layout of how to get to the Home Screen and settings I learned pretty fast it was just an adjustment. It's nice to be able to adjust the sounds of the beep and controller. Also the brightness of the controller, console and the low power mode settings can be adjusted to update the system, games and charge the controllers and of that doesn't need to be done or will go in a super low energy mode. It goes from low power mode to on very quickly and you can turn it on from the PlayStation app too. I'm glad I can still play all of my PS4 games and some came with free PS5 versions.

Beast mode activated! Graphics are top-notch, SSD is a game-saver, and Game Pass is a steal. Been gaming on it nonstop. Worth the hype!

It works perfectly, arrived promptly and was easy to set up

I upgraded from an Xbox360 to a PS5. Yes, HUGE difference! Before I made a purchase like this I did a lot of research and found out that when comparing the PS5 to the newest Xbox PS5 had the Xbox beat. And after watching some review videos I came to the conclusion that the PS5 would probably be the best fit for me. And it is, I really only play COD on the system but I have no complaints. There is no lagging, realistic graphics, and so many different options of games available to play online with friends

Honestly one of my favorite purchases. Nothing better than playing the resident evil games on PlayStation. It’s also such an easy console to use!

Picked up my new PS5 through Best Buy’s curbside service, and everything was quick and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly and had my order ready right on time. The console itself is absolutely amazing — fast, powerful, and the graphics are next level. Setup was simple, and I was gaming in no time. Couldn’t be happier with both the PS5 and the smooth pickup experience. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the PlayStation 5 Slim from Best Buy and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The console is noticeably slimmer and lighter than the original PS5, making it much easier to fit into my setup without sacrificing performance. Load times are incredibly fast, gameplay is smooth, and the graphics are absolutely stunning. Best Buy’s pickup process was quick and hassle-free, and the console arrived in perfect condition. Overall, this is a fantastic upgrade and well worth the money for any PlayStation fan.

Love it. I’d been putting of getting one for so long, and I can say it was well worth the purchase. Everything works very well, super smooth picture, and practically zero loading times. Storage capacity was less than expected due to system requirements, but overall, I’m very happy with it.

I used to game a lot, but procrastinated buying a PS5 when they were sold out and refused to pay above retail price. My kids started gaming more, so finally decided to buy one and it’s honestly got me back into it. If you are debating it as well, you won’t be disappointed when you upgrade.

Flight hard to get a Ps5, when they first came out, and I regret it. It has had many issues with overheating. Bought this new model from Best Buy and it is awesome! No more issues; works just as it should.

Works much better with ethernet- highly recommend purchasing with AND get the Geek Squad Warranty. It's absolutely worth it. The console only comes with a 1 yr manufacture warranty but it doesn't cover accidents. Trust me, they cover everything.

Bought this PS5 for my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves it! From the graphics, the set up was quick and easy, the 1TB of storage is amazing. It has remembered different settings that we set for his gaming monitor and our tv. reaction time has improved with this console. He loves that he can mute and unmute his mic with the quick and easy button on the controller.

As someone who owned a PS4 and wasn’t sure if I should upgrade due to my limited gaming time, I’m really glad I decided to get a PS5. I’ve spent the past month enjoying it, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic console. The performance is incredible, with fast load times and smooth gameplay, especially when paired with a good TV. I’ve had a blast playing a variety of games on it. However, one downside is the user interface, especially when trying to use Discord. You can connect a controller to your PC and stream a game via PS Remote Play, but you can’t talk to people on Discord while doing so, which kind of defeats the point of streaming there. In this area, Xbox has the upper hand. Despite that, the PS5 is still an incredibly powerful console, and if you're into gaming, it’s definitely worth the investment.
