Bought this for the front of the house when i have company, i have the Xbox in my room. Company had a blasted playing this over thanksgiving weekend.

Works great, it's a console. You know what you're getting, I'm not tech savvy enough to tell much of a difference between the 4 and 5 but it looks nicer.

The kid loves this thing..... It's even easy enough for the wife and I to figure out and we can play with him or even without him

Its a PS5. What else is there to say? It consistently does PS5 things.

The great device it works really well and streams really awesome. I love it. It’s so so cool. You know it’s not even making a PlayStation grade for a long time and this is just an amazing device. Absolutely love it.

Must need for the living room. Some of the greatest exclusive games and runs some of the best streaming apps in full 4k UHD quality. Sony continues to deliver one of the best forms of entertainment any family or individual can enjoy in the comfort of their home. Can't wait for the PS5 Pro, but until then, this is definitely a must have.

Definitely love my PS5 no problems with it easy set up and gor my tv the same day so it was perfect

i got this and its nice although the fan is loud when playing certain games for long periods of time but i guess that is just cooling the console. And making it not overheat it gets loud its just kinda annoying other then that 10/10

Wish there was a USB type-A on the front, but thats the only functionality issue I have with the hardware. As far as software, I'm not a fan of the menu. The GUI is a bit of a mess. the rows are not intuitive and its cumbersome to get to the things you want to get to. The PS3 had the best GUI and each generation seems to be getting worse. I also noticed how poorly integrated headphone volume is integrated. I was co-oping Bloodborne with a friend and had earbuds plugged into the controller. it is constant work trying to get the game volume and party volume balanced. I would have to manually change the game volume so it doesnt overpower the voice chat. Also, on PS4, if I was playing bloodborne and used the spotify app, the game music would automatically mute (a nice detail!). However, this feature appears to be lost on PS5 or perhaps it only works with certain PS5 games. The performance is obviously leagues ahead of the PS4 so no issues with running games. Its also easy to transfer saves from a PS4 to a PS5 with just a flashdrive. Overall, The UI and functionality is worse than the PS4, but performance is obviously leagues ahead, and I like the controller more.

The graphics are top tier, it runs smoothly, boots up without any issues. Some games are slower to download as expected for large games. But overall console was in perfect condition and it was a great investment.

I have bought 7 of these PS5 s for all my grandchildren and haven’t had a single complaint yet. They all play against each other online, especially on Thursday aka wipe night. The only thing I have to complain about is they did away with the yearly membership cards I used to get all of them for stocking stuffers. I bought this one for my grandson’s fiancé . I have bought these PlayStation since my 31year old was little,inother words I have bought at least one PS1, PS2,PS3,PS4 and seven PS5s.q

What can I say the fam and I spend at hours playing on this console, from spider man to over cooked and everything in between!

I like the look of the slim a lot more then the launch model, and its still just as fast as the launch. Gave 4 stars because it is noticably louder

I purchased this PS5 before Thanksgiving 2024 at the regular price using my Best Buy credit card. I knew they would have upcoming sales and I could get a price adjustment without having to deal with the Black Friday shopping. After the price dropped, I was able to easily go on the app and request the sale price. My credit card was quickly reimbursed the difference and I didn’t even have to go into the store. My son loves his PS5 and plays it daily and I loved the convenience and great deal Best Buy provided for my Christmas shopping.

Storage is good and graphics are amazing , if your used to the ps4 controller this is a bit bigger than what the ps4 controller is, I have not had any problems since purchasing and I love it!

Works perfectly, I have enough for play games and watching programs and my family enjoys the graphics

Ps5 good, was able to transfer data from ps4 with no issues. Had access to all my games and saves from the past. Only thing I can say that's bad or ok about it, is that when you play a game that's 120fps, the whole screen turns off to adjust. And that the menu switching is laggy or slow

Great system, but I had to return the first one i bought dur to overheating issues. Im afraid to stand the system upright because i dont want it to over heat. I find it strange that its advertised vertically but sony themselves prefer the system lay flat. Other than that it does what it does.

It's a PS5 .... it is exactly what I expected. If you're a Sony person it's great
