Im in love with my new PS5, I had a PS4 which I traded in, and oh WOW!

I'm so happy to buy it, it's so good, and if I can give it 10 stars, it's worth it.

I love the console. I have been wanting the ps5 for a long time and i finally got it!! It was awesome getting it from Best Buy because they offered me awesome customer service. Everyone was courteous and respectful. They also recommended many good products to go along with the ps5.it was a special moment because my wife got me the console and the employees only made it better with their good attitudes. The service was speedy as well. The console was in great condition and the controller was as well( although I am getting stick drift but that may be because of the environment it was in at my home).overall I’m really happy with the purchase.

Great. But when you ship next time put product inside a box instead of putting a shipping label on the ps5 box. Thankfully FedEx fix that issue before finishing the delivery.
