honestly couldn’t be happier with my PS5. My girlfriend surprised me with it for my birthday, and it has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. I had been wanting one for a long time, and now it’s become the highlight of my day. After working 12–14 hour shifts, I come home completely drained—but as soon as I turn on the PS5, I feel like I can finally relax and decompress. The performance is incredible: lightning-fast loading times, smooth gameplay, and the graphics are unreal. But more than that, it’s given me something to look forward to at the end of every long day. It’s not just a console—it’s become part of my routine for stress relief and fun. If you’ve been thinking about getting one, I can’t recommend it enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have someone surprise you with one like I did, you’ll understand just how much joy it brings.

It works very good, the graphics are incredible. It also runs so smoothly. This console is by far the best console I’ve ever played on. Way better than Xbox. I was on Xbox and converted to a ps5 which is the best choice I’ve ever made.

This was purchased for my grandson who loves gaming and i've had to pull him away from the gaming screen. He says it is smooth operating and deliverance of game performance and frame rate is without glitches or drops. Not too crazy about it not coming with a stand though, otherwise it's a gamer's dream come true.

Got it for my grandson he is exactly the happiest boy he's ever been and the PlayStation is wonderful and I think Best buy cuz I started looking online and Best buy always comes through what a great company they really are I know I know how it is I work at Kroger's been at Kroger's for 33 years and I do appreciate Best buy I sure do thank you for all you do too

I bought the PS5 from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The console itself is a powerhouse—lightning-fast load times, stunning graphics, and the DualSense controller adds a whole new layer of immersion with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. It’s quiet, sleek, and surprisingly easy to set up. Best Buy made the process smooth: fast shipping, secure packaging, and clear communication throughout. I appreciated the option to track my order and the fact that it arrived on time without any hiccups. Only minor downside is the storage—825GB fills up quickly with modern games, so I’d recommend budgeting for an SSD expansion. But overall, this is hands-down the best console I’ve owned, and Best Buy delivered it flawlessly. Highly recommend both the PS5 and Best Buy’s service.

It takes a little bit getting used to the new menu widgets and going through set up, but after that, it moves much faster than my old PS3, launching apps and games in literal seconds. I also love how it turns on my TV automatically after I turn the PS5 on. Another upgrade is now I can watch Netflix, Prime, AND Disney+ on it all in great definition. Now I also have something to watch my 4K movies on (though I prefer DVD and Blu-ray, but it plays those, too). The one downside is that the controller battery runs out pretty quick, so you're going to have to plug it in often. Can't wait to see what other new games I can get on this thing!

This console is by far the greatest console Sony has created yet and changed the way I watch media and game at the same time. This console has allowed me to not only enjoy the games I love but has offered a more sophisticated gaming experience that allows me to enjoy my spare time. I can play video games and watch movies or gaming tutorials with the push of one button and quick switch between screens to pause or play music, not only that the console itself is great and I experience slim to no lag despite my connection being terrible especially on games such as Dragonball Sparking Zero or my personal favorite Metal Gear Online.

I’ve always been an Xbox player, decided to switch over to PS5 just to try it out! Great buy!
