Though it costs $50 more than the digital-edition model, the standard PS5 lets you play game discs. The Xbox has more raw power, but the PS5 streams data faster, which means worlds can be larger and more quickly traversed

It’s a PlayStation 5, you pretty much know what you are getting into. I was debating between the digital version and the disc version and ultimately chose the disc because you can save more money on the disc version of games (they tend to go on sale more, and also second hand options) Just remember in order to stand it upright you will want to buy a stand (and make sure the stand includes a fan for air flow)
