The workers were nice when purchasing the PS5 in the store. The playstation itself is very nice and easy to set up. It came in excellent condition. Nothing was loose in the box. Games on the playstation look great. It is very expensive but worth it to play fun games that look great.

I love my upgrade! I’ve been playing on PS system since the first one released in America and I’ve always been satisfied! The game selection has gotten better, but I will say a con is the amount of storage available for access and saves. You can replace the memory chip inside to resolve that, but that’s a lot of work and more money on something that should come with a minimum of 1TB.

Looooove our PS5! It came quickly and not damaged. I have been a long time gamer and highly recommend you upgrade!

I've been waiting for a long time to make this upgrade from ps4 to the ps5. Now I'm amazed whit all the possibilities that own this console offers. Sony Playstation doesn't disappoint.

Programs load much faster. The flow of gameplay is smoother and more user friendly.

An amazing prouduct. My two sons have an amazing time playing together, It really has made their bond even stronger than it already was. I would highly reccomend this console to any other parent for the reason that it really brings siblings together to have fun together. 10/10 on this proudct.

It's good! Runs at high performance. I like how you can get all the media apps. It's like a TV and game in one. Haven't played much of it yet to tap into it's full potential. The mic inside the controller is cool, so you don't need a headset. You can turn the mic and light off on it so you can save battery life. But so far so good. Would be even better if it had the stand to it.

I moved from xbox to play station and it was the best decision. I love how everything is formatted, the console runs smoothly and plays some beautiful games! There are so many customizable options , accessories, and more that are just wonderful!

I got mine a couple months ago, and I absolutely love it. I went from playing on a PlayStation 3 to the 5, so it took a little to get used to (not very long, but still). It runs very smoothly, pretty much no lag time, and the graphics are amazing in 4k. Very happy I decided to purchase it.

The delivery of the Play Station was relatively smooth. The person making the delivery initially neglected to include a photo of merchandise or packages dropped off on our covered porch upon sending to us the alert via text message. This caused a bit of confusion as we reside in an attached townhome community with 70 townhomes making up the pocket neighborhood. From the outside, all townhomes look the exact same. Simply, phoned the number we reviewed a text from and verified which townhouse the items curried were left, and what/where they were shipped from. A photo, and our call was texted to us. Relief, that we would not have to inquire with an adjoining neighbor about our packages ensued over us.

Great product and lives up to the hype. Easy to install and use right away. Haven’t been this excited since Dreamcast and Genesis.

I mean definitely my favorite system so far. I can play with my friends online and compete with my girlfriend at home. Graphics are amazing btwc

The console, overall, is pretty good. The graphis, ease of use and the Playstore, all good perks. I was upset about having to purchase one because my PS4 games became limited. But im satisfied with my purchase thus far.
