I got this as a open box game. It was supposed to be cheaper but still was $500 after ringing up. When got it open we realized the game doesnt open for disc even though it was supposed to. We went through alot to get this game for my childs 11th birthday. Now I wish I wouldve just taken it back but she was so happy she said she wanted to keep it.

Such a great product, fun to use, easy to setup. Able to use right out the box, it comes with great instructions and many features.

Very new and works great. Glad I bought it for my son.

Had been waiting and contemplating for a while now about getting one and glad that I did. Wish we could access the full 1TB storage though. I am not sure why we can't.

PlayStation 5 uses HDR and Dolby Atmos with that great picture and sound. Plays ps4 games as well. Ps5 controller is the bomb. Dislike i wanted to the console put vertical but its still to tall so i have horizontally.

The sales Rep. Was Very professional attentive and sincere. The PS5 is great says my kids. So if they're happy, I'm happy.

Console is good. Fans are quiet, although they seem to have gotten louder around the year 2 mark. Controller is essentially dead now. The stick drift is so extreme that I will need to replace it this week.
