Good quality, great amount of storage, and it doesn’t lag!

Happiest I’ve been with a purchase in a while. Best Buy handled my purchase like the pros they are!! I purchased online and the emailed me within the hour to ride down a pick it up. I pulled up parked and they brought it out to me. From the moment of purchase to sitting down playing my new PS5 was 2 hours time. You can’t beat that. Thank you Best Buy for your professionalism in electronics. Y’all are the best!!!

This PS5 is an amazing console. The graphics are amazing; the controller is freaking fantastic. I'm so glad I finally got this!!!!! Worth every nickel.

The Playstation 5 was great and everything as desired, however this pick up location is terrible. When ordered I received notification that it would be available for pick up in an hour. Since we live and hour and a half from the Best Buy we decided to go eat dinner then go pick it up to avoid an unnecessary trip. Spent 2 hours eating and then looked around Best Buy for an hour before going to pick up. Nearly 3 hours later and the customer service desk said that the notification was wrong and it might not even be that day. Best Buy, we wasted our time due to this notification. Changevit to say within 24 hours, 48 hours, during holidays but we wasted time and gas for nothing. But it gets worse, there were several PS5 disc that we ordered literally 5 from this feet behind this employee. They told us if we wanted that Playstation we would have to cancel our order and repurchase it. To summarize: Online orders for pick-up are a scam.

I had a Playstation 4, But it was time to upgrade and i’m glad i didn’t switch brands and stayed with Playstation. They are continuing to improve the console and make the experience worth the price tag!

Definitely a great console but make sure to keep it lying down. With a disc reader you do not want it standing up.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son-in-law who has the PS4 and has been begging for the PS5. Well, we bought it for him and have not been able to get him away from it. Every free moment he has he is on it, and happy as anything.

I haven’t had any issues with. Runs and plays great. I’m really enjoying it. Only issue is the controller will have stick drift but all consoles have stick drift

I like my PlayStation, I bought it on October, and it already shows that it’s full. I mean , I’m not saying is bad, I just that I only have 5 games, and 100 and something pictures. But still, it’s a good item to have when you’re bored. Just click the line tiny button and Boom! Play whatever it seems a good choice for you. ( Some games are not free and you have to buy them at the store on in the PlayStation store digital) .
