Very new and works great. Glad I bought it for my son.

Had been waiting and contemplating for a while now about getting one and glad that I did. Wish we could access the full 1TB storage though. I am not sure why we can't.

Good customer service n kids loved their playstation

Console is good. Fans are quiet, although they seem to have gotten louder around the year 2 mark. Controller is essentially dead now. The stick drift is so extreme that I will need to replace it this week.

PlayStation 5 uses HDR and Dolby Atmos with that great picture and sound. Plays ps4 games as well. Ps5 controller is the bomb. Dislike i wanted to the console put vertical but its still to tall so i have horizontally.

Better than the normal ps5, And what else is there to say? Its a playstation! BOOM!?

It's a PlayStation 5 Console so you know its good. My only complaint is it only came with horizontal legs. You have to spend extra $$$ to get vertical legs. It also appears BestBuy does NOT keep this item in stock you have to order it online. Then play the waiting game for it to arrive. Maybe it will be eventually in stock and maybe it never will be. Don't worry BestBuy won't let you know unless you take the time to call their toll free customer service then play the aggravating game of waiting to speak to a living breathing human being to find out if the item will ever be in stock again.

My Daughter is enjoying this new console and love the slim design.
