I got mine a couple months ago, and I absolutely love it. I went from playing on a PlayStation 3 to the 5, so it took a little to get used to (not very long, but still). It runs very smoothly, pretty much no lag time, and the graphics are amazing in 4k. Very happy I decided to purchase it.

What can i say its perfect its a ps5, i have had it about 6 months and works great and not loud.

So the thing is we ordered this item as an “open box” clearance item. When we took it home it worked well but the disc drive had some issues. So for the item itself it’s really like 3 stars. BUT the five stars are for customer service. We returned the item on BLACK FRIDAY and the girl who helped us was super friendly and got us in and out of the store within minutes, even while having to troubleshoot a missing item number. Definitely restored faith in me that the in person retail experience is almost always worth it!

I use it everyday for my streaming services. Not much of a gamer, but i do think it works well for both.

Love the improved game graphics and loading times. I also use it to stream movies, TV shows, etc.

Fast, easy and convenient purchase. Picked it up to avoid waiting for shipping. Product was there waiting for me first thing in the morning.

My experience with the ps5 has been great so far. It can run games at a very high fps and the quality of games look amazing. I also love that you can play some ps4 games on it!

Quick service. Works great son loves it. His other one that I bought when it first came just kept over heating and decided to just buy a new one.

Excellent purchase, my grandson love it and also played my granddaughter. They are so happy, highly recommended.

I've been putting off a PS5 purchase for some time. I kinda wish I had gotten it sooner because it's pretty awesome. Plays all of my PS4 games no problem. Be aware that PS5 games cannot be ran from an external drive so you only get the internal storage to play with. Controller is really sweet.

A PS5 is a PS5 is a PS5, so the best I can say here is to add that the price was perfectly reasonable and that the friendly staff helped us find what we were looking for quickly and easily. Long story short: my SO and I were looking for a console. After doing some hard homework, we decided the PS5 was right for us. We went to our local BB and we were seen and helped within *seconds*. A very courteous rep walked us right to the PlayStation section and showed us what we needed. I do wish the device came with two controllers - but what are you gonna do? Sony makes those decisions, not Best Buy. We wound up buying a second controller elsewhere, but in hindsight we hardly needed to - we thought we could get a better deal, but the price was exactly the same. Spare yourself the trouble we put ourselves through and just buy your second controller here. If you're not sure about buying a console, or if you have questions, Best Buy is the place to go!

The PS5 is a great system . There ars plenty of phenomenal games you can get to play. Also, you can download games digitally

Haven't owned a PlayStation since the PlayStation 2! I missed out on a lot of Sony exclusive games like God of War, Uncharted, and The Last of Us. With the PlayStation Plus subscription, I can finally enjoy all these games I have missed out on. I know I'm near the end of this generation of game consoles and new ones are one the way, but the PlayStation 5 is still a SOLID video game console.

I own a 4090 with many of the same games I play on the ps5. The console optimization with these games is amazing and at this price I would choose it over building a gaming computer with the same performance. Temps much better than at launch and much smaller with more memory.

So far so good. The only downside is the fact that the Disc Drive needed to do a one time Internet Check, unlike the original PS5. Also, the storage space is abysmal and a joke. Especially when games are beyond ginormous nowadays. Other than that? It's a PS5. It brings a small demo called Astro's Playroom. And you know what you're getting into when you buy one of these. So get it or not.

The graphics look great, the menu is simple, and switching between games is smooth. It’s one of those “turn it on, play, no stress” types of systems.

Fast loading, graphics are really good. Cant believe i waited this long to upgrade
