    While the system itself is incredible, the system is also faulty. There are times where the disc isn’t Eve showing up on the system, there are times where the system cuts on or off on its own and we are left highly confused despite us changing the system settings to not power on upon login.

    Best Buy is always easy to work with. After a minor issue Best Buy jumped right in and made it right with no questions. Console works perfectly! Would recommend open box merchandise without hesitation
