Love the slim had the original for about 3 years this one is more sleek a bit faster an doesn’t get hot quick recommend every time

I've been an Xbox gamer since the OG Xbox, but decided it was time to try the PS5. I absolutely love the Playstation 5 slim. Very powerful console, runs quieter and cooler than my Xbox Series X. The home menu feels very nice to use, and it's full of features. The Dualsense controller is amazing, featuring adaptive triggers, allowing a game to add resistance to the triggers, as well as a touchpad and motion control, as well as a built in speaker and microphone.

Really happy with this console. Switched over to PlayStation from Xbox, and I’m really glad I did. For story-mode games, I think PlayStation edges out with some incredible games. Spider Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Uncharted have all been fantastic to play with the latest graphics and high speed frame rates. Looking at getting Ghost of Yotei soon as well, which would look incredible on the PS5. To get the most out of the PS5, it helps to have a good enough monitor/TV that can support the higher frame rate (at least 60 fps) and resolution (around 3K-4K), especially for story mode games with good cinematic gameplay. If you can get this on sale ($450), like I did, this console is a great find. I prefer the disc version just so I can play the older games easier, but if the budget is tight, digital only is a solid choice too.

Got the PS5 for a Christmas gift…was easy to place the order online and get it picked up at the store. Nephew is the gamer and he has told me it is pretty awesome with the better speed and graphics.

Bought it open box, great condition and runs amazing. Shipped very quickly. Only thing is there was some wear on the controller (the indent on the sticks that happen over time from the stick rubbing against the controller) but I'm pretty sure that's an issue that would require a new controller instead of being able to fix it. Runs like new tho! If you are looking for a PS5 it's a steal.

The PlayStation 5 is a great concert, so it looks great. It plays great. It'\n S just overall, a great console, you can watch blu-ray and DVD movies. I love how I can access my movie collection. The controller feels amazing way better than Nintendo switch. Like the original controller for the PS5, unlike Nintendo switch i love how the controller has a touch screen. And I like the color of the PlayStation 5 i just got one question for it.Why does it look like a wifi router i don't mean it has to complain, but why does it look like that? But is a overall great console that people should buy, great games, as well.

Best console for your money. The PS5 Slim delivers power and performance. Yeah, it's getting older, but it's still the king. Only negative is that you get 1 TB of storage, but that's fixable with a new SSD.

Great quality just needed to upgrade memory…. Love that it’s slimmer and saves more space but still has the same power as the first version … it’s two type c ports instead of usb and type c for front ports but I can tell Sony is just keeping up with times

Wow! First time owning a Playstation. After having spent sometime at Best Buy talking over it with the very knowledge staff. I applied for a Best Buy credit card and was granted credit right there on the spot! I used the card to not only purchase my new PS 5, I also got a great deal on a home theater sound system to complement and enhance my gaming experience. If you haven't had the Playstation experience, and not sure if you want to, I can say as a gamer from the 80's and this being my first time owning a Playstation I am so impressed and couldn't be happier! Easy to set up and navigate through its good to familiarize yourself with the menu, settings and controller options. Most of these have easy to follow in-game tutorials and support. The DualSense Wireless Controller fits nicely in your hands and has many features, (I played through the Astro's PLAYROOM tutorial, that was pre-installed with my PS5 console) Super fun and easy to interact with, you'll be surprised and amazed by the many functions of this controller designed to give you the ultimate gaming experience! The PS5 Console looks amazing. Out of the box it has white detachable face plates which can be swapped out for different designs and colors, (I changed mine to Black) Most come with the standard features and products like power cords, USB cables. (Check your box for details) Knowing how to take on and off the face plate will help with cleaning and general maintenance. I have my PS5 Horizontal in a dust free area, and it looks great and fits right in. For my first gaming experience I chose the game Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered for the PS5. Playing this game on an Olde screen really puts you into another world. You can tell a lot of care went into the game, as some of the details are stunning. I often stop just to watch the sunset. With the controller rumbling and pushing out sound effects from the game just puts you even deeper into this beautiful colored and vibrant world. But no matter the experience you're looking for Im sure you'll find it here with the PS5 Slim Console! Enjoy the future of Gaming!

I had been trying for a while to find a PlayStation 5. I checked Target, GameStop, and even looked at ordering online, but the delivery times were showing about a week, and I was too excited to wait that long. After some searching, I noticed that Best Buy had same-day pickup available at a location about 30 miles from me. I made the drive, and honestly, it was worth it. The pickup process couldn’t have been easier. It took me less than five minutes in the store to get my PS5 along with an additional controller. I love my new PS5 it's such an upgrade! It's so much faster than my PS4! It's a lot brighter too. The only things that I don't like is the storage space. It's good that this has the disc drive included so that helps take up less storage space. But the digital games take up a lot of space. Especially if you want to keep your game progress and saves. I like to play a game and sometimes switch to another game for a little while or have other games only when friends come over. I wouldn't like to have to only play a few games and have this loaded on the console. I had 32 games some disc versions and coming from my PS4 1TB and all of my games were saved to it to the PS5 1TB now I have less space and can't fit every game. So I had to make another purchase and get an M.2 drive so I can have all of my games downloaded at once and keep my saves in the games. So plan on making another purchase if you don't want to download and delete games. My last gripe is I had to get used to the new layout of how to get to the Home Screen and settings I learned pretty fast it was just an adjustment. It's nice to be able to adjust the sounds of the beep and controller. Also the brightness of the controller, console and the low power mode settings can be adjusted to update the system, games and charge the controllers and of that doesn't need to be done or will go in a super low energy mode. It goes from low power mode to on very quickly and you can turn it on from the PlayStation app too. I'm glad I can still play all of my PS4 games and some came with free PS5 versions.

I have had the consul for several months now and it is by far the best gameplay ever! It doesn’t overheat like other consoles have in the past, and the slim version is easier to store. they have even upgraded the controllers, with the sound effects and vibrations, it makes the game play 10 times better z
