The slimmer profile makes it easier to store in places where the original version would not fit. Wish these came with minimum 2 TB storage, but easy to upgrade regardless. Excellent gaming system overall.

Everything feels new about the PlayStation console, right from its unusual design to its fantastic controller and even the UI. Turning on the console and getting it up and running is quite similar to how the PS4 is but there are tiny bit tweaks to the UI. For starters, the entirety of its UI is taken over by game titles and media streaming services. Both neatly segregated into sections. The menu and everything else pops up when you tap the PS button which is also known as the Home button.

The PlayStation 5 exceeded all my expectations. The graphics quality, system speed, and immersive experience are absolutely incredible. The DualSense controller brings games to life with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Playing on this console truly feels like next-gen gaming. My shopping experience with Best Buy was also outstanding. I ordered online and picked it up in-store. The process was fast, well-organized, and the staff was super friendly. The PS5 was ready for pickup even earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you, Best Buy, for making everything so easy! I highly recommend both the console and buying it from here

Since we bought the PlayStation, not a single day has gone by without us using it. I love it for relaxing and having a good time, but the best part has been seeing my son so happy with it. Great console! Very fast, amazing design, doesn’t take a lot of space

Great console! The graphics, loading speed and storage capacity is fantastic. Only downside is that it get rather hot but its is definitely worth it.

One of the best purchases of my life. I grew up on Xbox but man the switch to ps5 is significantly better. The games are more fun , the graphics and overall quality feels better I haven’t had any lag, the controllers feel more comfortable overall it’s just a really good console.

My PS5 is what I had hoped it would be. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I enjoy the feel of the controller in my hand. I also appreciate its overall futuristic aesthetic. While I haven't gotten a chance to do much gaming, I am looking forward to seeing how it's improved on the previous generation of PlayStation.

Fantastic graphics, plenty of storage. Sleek design.

I switched from a Xbox one to a PlayStation, and yes I know that there will be an obvious difference because of PlayStation being way newer than the Xbox one. But the one thing I love way more about PlayStation is the controllers, I have noticed they are way more comfortable and my aim got extremely better after playing on PlayStation, now I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I love how the controller has a built in mic, and you can change the sensitivity on the buttons. The PlayStation also has a 1TB storage which is nice. PlayStations graphics are amazing but you do have to have the right monitor/ tv for that as well. Overall this product is amazing. I do recommend getting this if you like single player games, because Xbox has way more multiplayer games, and I did enjoy that. When playing on PlayStation do keep in mind that multiplayer games that you pay for can only be played if you buy PlayStation plus, you can’t just buy a game and automatically be able to play online, I just learned that (ik I’m late). But overall I love it!

I bought this item for my grandson who is very complainy ... but he is enjoying his Play Station 5. I am happy because I want something to keep him busy in his spare time.

Arrived in good shape and works and runs great would recommend slim version for smaller spaces to store it

The visuals are stunning. Games run smoothly, and the load times are super fast. It feels like a big step up from the PS4. My only complaint is that i waited so long to get one.
