My kids love it. I'm a little annoyed that the feature that is supposed to let kids request certain games above their restriction from the parent doesn't work. And Roblox doesn't work with any restrictions. The picture and sound quality are good.

My daughter love to play video games; and the PS5 is great for her; she spent lots of time playing with her friends.

I ordered a PS5 in excellent condition and received a fair condition PS5 please note the fair condition PS5 didnt even work and was overheating the moment i turned it on. I then called Best Buy Customer service and a lady told me it was my fault for purchasing a used PS5 mind you i order and excellent condition and received a fair condition version. Over the phone i asked if she could hold me the excellent condition ps5 at a store near me as i was going to be on my way in 20 mintues she told me i could buy a new one mind you i already paid $400 something dollars for one. Terrrrribleeeeee customer service on phone. When i got to the store a young man at the arden location did and amazing job getting everything switched out he was patient and provided excellent customer service. The ps5 i have after he did swap works great.
