Good console but bad controller

My son played a couple days went back to his xbox

Don't make my mistakes

It doesn't play games, dvd, or Blu-ray. Spent a week trying troubleshooting and contacting support before I was told I could exchange it at Best buy. Best buy said 15 days is the policy sorry not sorry

I get it sometimes there is a learning curve but she didn’t have to give me attitude. My Best Buy card had declined because of a fraud alert… I was told by her that I needed to leave and call the bank need tho it was a Best Buy account.

Cheap Trash

Not happy

I take it back on the 15th day while I understand it's one day past their rules the manager would only give store credit. But did not have the same system I had available I would have had to down grade or spend another $65. They just kept trying to sell me a new controller. Which I have to do but I'll do it else where.
