The UI is actually confusing and very frustrating to navigate. The mobile app helps but sometimes that too is a pain. The remote play is a great feature I use more than I thought I would. PS exclusives are better than Xbox. Love the rechargeable controller, hate the built in mic system it has.

A little disappointed.

The reason of the 3 stars is because games from external hard drive cannot be played with it. If you want to play ps5 game(s), you have to move the game(s) back to the system storage of the ps5. In the other hand, i like the ps5 console.
