I haven’t had any issues with. Runs and plays great. I’m really enjoying it. Only issue is the controller will have stick drift but all consoles have stick drift

However I forgot to mention I could not have left the store without purchasing a PlayStation Portal as well. just in case I want to play while I’m in other places in my house. Thank you Best Buy you really make things happen and my experience a whole lot more enjoyable.

Had a PS4 pro previously and was debating upgrading to a PS5. Eventually pulled the trigger with the sweet trade in deal on Black Friday. Absolutely loving it!

Product works like a charm, the HDMI cable that came with it didnt work but I have half a dozen of those laying around so it wasnt a big deal. The family is very happy with this purchase so i couldn't ask for much more.

This ps5 is a definite upgrade from my ps4 and I love it. From the graphics to the smooth run of it, everything about the ps5 is great. I definitely encourage others to buy it

The graphics are top tier, it runs smoothly, boots up without any issues. Some games are slower to download as expected for large games. But overall console was in perfect condition and it was a great investment.
