Open box excellent was not as described. They threw the system in a box and it was missing parts of the horizontal stand. Should have been marked as open box “fair”. Wasted my time and money, had to return it.

Love the PS5 - upgraded recently from a PS4; the haptic feedback is an insane experience and the game quality is fantastic. Wish the design still had a PS1/PS2 look to it, and the console could stand upright without facing cooling issues that could damage the system. That said, the experience of the gaming system beats out these details.

Must Have for the Exclusives - Obviously takes some time to get used to the UI if switching from another console, but worth a look for sure
