Worst purchase EVER. it was the slim version after exclusovely asking for the og model. The fan was so loud. The system kept crashing. The trash can got this purchase as i tried to call the store to return it but they told me i could not

The upside to my delivery is that it arrived on time as it was stated in its delivery estimate. The downside is that the person who delivered my package looked as if he was in a hurry and sent it to the wrong address. I didn't know it was mine until my neighbor came by a couple of minutes later and brought it to me.

This ps4 is malfunctioning, it makes loud noises, the panels are falling off, the games are also laggy and some are unplayable

Controller is broken and they never send a new one

Every time I play apex some how my PlayStation freezes up. Then have to submit n report n nothing never happens. Happens about 3/4 times every 2 weeks

Wasn't in the box so I had to return it, very disappointed in Best Buy!!!

PS5 itself runs great, right analog stick sticks and received the package without the power cord and the tape job on the outside box left to where you could literally see the PS5 box inside.

We had to exchange the first one because it suddenly wouldn’t power on but the second one hasn’t had any issues so far

It over heats way to fast maybe a frew minutes after starting to play it heats up

Expensive but you get what you pay for. My opinion it should come with 2 controllers for the price

Disc drive went out within a week and had to send it back to PlayStation and it's already messing up. The PS5 slims are horrible!

I bought a NEW PS5 online that this store (11301 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064) was delivering on, and this store tried to ship me an OPEN BOX PS5 thinking I wouldn't notice or return it. Disappointing experience. Avoid this location like all the other reviews have pointed out. Just my luck the online buy was given to them to fulfill.

the console was offered with spiderman game but the store does not have the game

My 14 year old Son purchased it for his middle school early completion gift we played it for 20 days and no longer works went to best but for exchange and or refund and they said i am part 15 day i have to go to through the manufacture …to date i have not been able to get a response from them…. Paid over $600 with heads set and games. I am upset sad and disappointed and imagine how my son feels.
