I purchased this as a graduation present for my daughter. She had a PS4 for years, and she had worn it down to the point it was no longer allowing her to access certain apps. She is sooo happy with the PS5 and she is especially pleased that the creators came up with changes to the console and the controller that truly improve the user experience!

Runs smooth and games load fast! the PS4 was great but the PS5 is out of this league the graphics Games ETC. I also personally like the design of the console definitely recommend to anybody coming over from PS4 you really will feel the difference in your games. Sony rocks

Games take forever downloading and constantly want updates, and some require you to be hooked to internet constantly and set up additional accounts with a third party. PS2 you put a game in and it's ready. Graphics are good but they don't mean that much to me. Need a better variety of game types. With today's technology they need to work to make it completely compatible with all discs from PS1 on up and not just make them down loadable so you have to repay for your old games. Please let us customize joysticks not just switch them left to right. All that said I'm enjoying the console, being able to play games that arein my ps4 in the basement on my ps5 over wifi is cool.the motion control and sounds from the controllers make the experience better. And the games i bought for it are lots of fun, ff7 rebirth is the reson I bought the PS5.

Load times are incredible and picture quality are next level.

Pretty darn good system. You can actually upgrade your PS4 games up to the PS5 versions, even if they are the disc versions at no additional cost (except Sony charges you $10 if you wanna play the Remastered version of Spider-Man PS4, but that's the only time they charge you.) The only problem I have is that the SSD is rather small, so you can only play a few number of PS5 games. If you have external storage, forget storaging them in there. You can, but if you WANT to play your PS5 games, you can only play them off the SSD. So only use the external drive for your PS4 games. You can upgrade the SSD, but good luck! They are expensive!

Performance and graphics are great! Of course that is expected from a playstation from sony. I've never had a problem with one. And best buy has been my go to store providing excellent service.

The system works great, games run very smooth. No complaints.
